As Auracle World’s Director

Mahesh Enjeti, Director has an Honours degree in Physics and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata, India (an affiliate of MIT Sloan, Massachussetts). His 50 years in industry straddles senior executive positions in India and Australia (including ITC, DCM, Tourism Tasmania, and Star City) and high-level consulting experience with global, national, and local businesses including several start-ups. Mahesh is currently a Non-Executive Director, Australian College of Critical Care Nurses (ACCCN). He served on the Board of Allevia, a quality disability services organisation for 6 years during 2018-2024. Prior to this, Mahesh was also a Director of the Australian Marketing Institute.

As Auracle World’s Strategy Savant Mahesh has a unique approach to strategy. He looks at strategy development as an exercise in problem solving, as a means to solve ‘wicked problems’ confronting client organisations with a view to changing their future course and helping to deliver fair, responsible, and sustainable profits. Mahesh dives into the fundamentals of what creates value for the business and the customer. His view that a brand is the very foundation of every business enables synergy across organisational functions for a consistent footprint. Mahesh is always the one who presents the proposal, receives the brief, works on the project, and delivers the final outcome to clients, quite unlike in many large consultancies. Having said that, from time to time, Auracle World invites specialist personnel in areas such as finance, operations, tecnology, AI, digital, creative, legal, and HR to work alongside in delivering the best possible outcome for clients. Mahesh will however remain the primary contact and will be ultimately responsible for successful project completion.
